Students will explore topics such as: * Self-Care & Healthy Habits: nutrition, exercise, hygiene, sleep, and mindfulness * Executive Function Skills: time management, goal-setting, organization, focus, and decision-making * Social & Emotional Growth: self-awareness, communication, conflict resolution, and positive self-talk * Practical Life Skills: teamwork, money basics, problem-solving, and independent responsibilities We’ll complete projects like creating personalized schedules, designing self-care routines, building organization systems, and practicing real-world problem-solving. Every activity is hands-on, interactive, and designed to stick, giving students tools they can use every day. This class is perfect for students ready to boost independence, confidence, and practical life skills in a supportive, engaging online environment.
