Upcoming Sessions
Class Description
COMING SCHOOL YEAR 2026-27!!! Age: 12-16 years old 1 hour 1 day per week Ready to make sense of letters, numbers, and equations — without the stress? Level Up Math is a friendly, hands-on Pre-Algebra class designed especially for families who want math to feel encouraging, interactive, and doable. Instead of long lectures and endless worksheets, learners explore math through conversation, problem-solving, games, and step-by-step guidance. We talk through ideas together, try different strategies, and create a safe space where it’s okay to ask questions and make mistakes. Every child is seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Throughout the year, students strengthen their number skills while moving confidently into algebra. We work with fractions, decimals, and percents, explore integers and exponents, simplify expressions, and solve equations and inequalities. Learners begin translating words into math, discovering patterns, and thinking logically. We also dive into geometry topics like angles, triangles, the Pythagorean Theorem, transformations, ratios, and proportions — connecting math to everyday life in practical, meaningful ways. This is an ongoing, flexible class, so families can join anytime. Each week is a stand-alone lesson, making it easy to hop in and learn something new. With supportive teachers, open discussion, and plenty of practice together, students build both skills and confidence — the perfect preparation for Algebra 1. Come explore, ask questions, and grow into a confident problem-solver with us!
