Hands-On Science • Engaging Lessons • Real-World Connections
Upcoming Sessions
Class Description
COMING SCHOOL YEAR 2026-27!!! Age: 11-15 years old 50 minutes 1 day per week Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the science of you! In this fun, hands-on middle school anatomy class, learners explore the incredible systems that keep their bodies moving, thinking, breathing, and growing every single day. This isn’t a lecture-style class — it’s a lab-style experience. Each week, students investigate a new part of the human body through interactive experiments, creative builds, and collaborative challenges. They might construct a skeleton, test how muscles work together, model the pumping power of the heart, explore the brain and nervous system, examine cells and DNA, or discover how blood, lungs, and organs keep everything running smoothly. Science becomes something they can actually see and touch. Designed especially for curious middle schoolers, lessons balance real academic content with engaging, high-energy activities that make learning memorable. We encourage questions, teamwork, and “aha!” moments as learners connect what they’re studying to their everyday lives. Because topics rotate weekly, families have the flexibility to join anytime or stay for the full year to experience the complete anatomy journey. No prior knowledge is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore! We proudly create a welcoming, inclusive space where every learner feels supported and successful. Our teachers adapt activities for different learning styles and guide students step-by-step through each project. If your learner loves science, asking “how does that work?”, and learning by doing, this class is the perfect place to explore the amazing world inside the human body — from head to toe.
