Service Description
***Approved Arkansas EFA Student ONLY*** Please complete the enrollment form and agree to our policy agreement. Once complete, please link your student to our vendor profile on ClassWallet, which will allow us to send a payment request. You can do this by visiting: https://app.classwallet.com Click on "Link New Vendor" and search for "Wild and Unstructured Learning, LLC". Once we are linked, please contact an admin to issue the payment request and complete the process.
Cancellation Policy
Our co-ops meet in-person and include supply costs, facility rentals, field trips costs and more. Because we plan our activities and materials in advance based on enrollment, we do not offer refunds or makeup classes for student absences. Subscriptions are automatically charged at the beginning of each month unless they are canceled by the member. You can do this on your Member Account page, or by contacting an admin. This should be done prior to the 5th of each month, and late cancellations may not be entitled to a full refund. Any full and partial refunds are at the discretion of WAUL owner and/or admin. Spaces are limited, and your enrollment affects others' ability to enroll and participate in our program. Since any exceptions are on a case-by-case basis we recommend that you contact an admin as soon as possible if there is an issue or concern.
