4-Day Camp • Hands-On STEM • Creativity Price: $45 (approx. GBP 33.72) Age: 6-10 years old 4 day camp 50 minutes per day Blast off into a universe of discovery with Cosmic Creators, a small-group science camp where learners explore the wonders of space while building friendships and working together! Over four days, students will dive into hands-on projects, experiments, and creative activities, learning the amazing science behind our solar system while having fun. Our camp is interactive, inclusive, and discussion-based, giving every learner a chance to ask questions, share ideas, and explore science at their own pace. Wild and Unstructured Learning is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for all students. What We’ll Explore Each Day Day 1: Build Your Own Asteroid Belt Learners will create a miniature asteroid belt, exploring how these space rocks orbit the Sun and why they are important to our solar system. Day 2: Explore Gravity! Through two exciting experiments, students will discover how gravity works and test whether an object’s weight affects the force that pulls it toward Earth. Day 3: Paint the Solar System Students will get creative while painting all 8 planets, the Sun, and the Moon, learning fun facts about each one as they build their own colorful solar system masterpiece. Day 4: Phases of the Moon & Lunar Observations Learners will explore why the Moon appears to change shape in the sky and how its movement affects Earth. They will discover the phases of the Moon and gain a better understanding of our closest celestial neighbor. You'll find: * Hands-on experiments, art projects, & interactive activities that bring science to life * A fun, safe, & inclusive space for learners of all abilities * Encouragement to ask questions, explore ideas, & get creative Join us for four days of cosmic creativity, discovery, and hands-on science, where every learner can become a space explorer! Camp sessions meet live online for four days over one week, giving learners a fun, focused, and engaging experience in a short period of time. All sessions are held via Pencil, making it easy for families to join from anywhere. Pencil Spaces is used to post announcements, supply lists, activity details, and helpful resources, as well as to support communication between learners, families, and the teacher, so everyone stays informed and prepared throughout the camp.
