***Approved Arkansas EFA Student ONLY*** Please complete the enrollment form and agree to our policy agreement. 1. For DirectPay students: we currently only invoice quarterly payments (3 months). We can send you a custom invoice that you can submit through ClassWallet. To start, please complete this booking form. We will contact you with a custom invoice that you will need to submit to ClassWallet. Due to delays in the Arkansas LEARNS processing times, we ask that you please submit the invoice in a timely manner as soon as it is received. 2. If you would like to pay month-to-month using EFA funds, you will need to enroll and pay as a new customer, then submit the receipt for reimbursement on ClassWallet. Cancellation Policy
Our co-ops meet in-person and include supply costs, facility rentals, field trips costs and more. Because we plan our activities and materials in advance based on enrollment, we do not offer refunds or makeup classes for student absences. Subscriptions are automatically charged at the beginning of each month unless they are canceled by the member. You can do this on your Member Account page, or by contacting an admin. This should be done prior to the 5th of each month, and late cancellations may not be entitled to a full refund. Any full and partial refunds are at the discretion of WAUL owner and/or admin. Spaces are limited, and your enrollment affects others' ability to enroll and participate in our program. Since any exceptions are on a case-by-case basis we recommend that you contact an admin as soon as possible if there is an issue or concern.
